Terms & Conditions

Must be 25 years old to rent. Person leasing must be staying the duration.

Damage Deposit
If guest uses VRBO damage protection policy: $59
If not, a $500 refundable damage deposit

Fees
Parking Passes: $27 each
Cleaning: $150
Sales Tax: 13%

Payment Terms
Initial Deposit to hold the reservation: $500
Balance Due 30 days prior to arrival

Cancellation
Refund with 60 day notice: 100%
Refund with 30-59 days: 50%*
* If I get the unit rented, I’ll refund the remaining 50% at that time
